摘　　要：针对目前套管外封隔器的工作性能无法进行有效检测的问题,研制了一种套管外封隔器模拟试验装置。该试验装置设计有覆盖套管外封隔器工作井眼尺寸范围的一系列模拟井筒,可利用配套的加热系统模拟地层环境温度,可以在接近实际地层工矿条件下检测套管外封隔器的工作性能。该装置设计额定试验压力30 MPa,额定试验温度180℃。应用该试验装置完成了现场常用的139.7mm(5英寸)和177.8mm(7英寸)2种规格套管外封隔器的性能模拟试验,得到了其性能曲线,为套管外封隔器的现场使用提供了第一手的试验数据,取得了很好的应用效果。For the problem of current external casing packer job performance not effectively detec-ted,a tube packer simulation test device was developed.The test device was designed with exter-nal casing packer,which covers the work of a series of borehole size range simulated wellbore, meanwhile,heating system was used to simulate formation ambient temperature,which could de-tect real work performance of the external casing packer.The rated test pressure was 30 MPa,and nominal test temperature was 180 ℃.The device is used to implement the test forφ139.7 mm （51/2″） andφ177.8 mm （7″）external casing packers,which were conventionally used on site.The performance curves were obtained to offer the first-hand test data for on-site application,with good application result.
