摘　　要：本文介绍了EMCS系统,以工业中的实际应用讲述了EMCS系统的组成,阐述了EMCS与DCS系统的通讯连接,EMCS系统在电力系统中对电气设备的自动化控制、测量和保护等功能的实现,EMCS对电力系统的管理和对历史事件的记录等。通过对基于RTU560的EMCS系统应用广泛,操作简单并可以进行个性化开发的分析,提出了在不久的将来,EMCS必将在各行各业的电力系统中得到更加广泛的应用,成为电力系统标准配置的观点。This paper introduces electrical monitoring ＆control system, and gives the composition of EMCS by practical application in industry and communication connection between MCS and DCS. The paper describes the EMCS and DCS Implementation of automatical control, measure and protection function in electrical equipment of power system, The management and history events record about power system are also described in this paper. Based on the widely applications of RTU560-based EMCS system and the features of the simple operation as well as individualization development, we point that the EMCS will obtain more applications in electrical system, and will become the standard configuration in power system in the near future.
