黄芪精口服液防治小儿反复呼吸道感染32例观察

摘　　要：目的：观察黄芪精口服液防治小儿反复呼吸道感染（ＩＲＲＩ）的疗效和对免疫功能的影响。方法；６２例 ＩＲＲＩ随机分为两组，一组３２例用黄芪精口服液治疗，另一组３０例用斯奇康注射液治疗，治疗前后检测Ｔ细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白、结果：两组总有效率分别为９４％和９３％，差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。同组ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８、ＩｇＧ及ＩｇＡ治疗后较治疗前升高，差异有显著意义（Ｐ ＜０．０５）。结论：黄芪精口服液能增强ＩＲＲＩ的细胞免疫功能，促进抗体生成，减少ＩＲＲＩ的复发。Object: To observe the effect of oral fluid of astragalus essence in preventing and curing infant repeated res- piratory infection (IRRI)and the influence of that on immune function. Methods: 62cases of IRRI have been randoml divided into two troups: one troup (32 cases )Treated by oral fluid of astragalus essence.the other troup (30 cases )by sticon injection. T cell subgroup and immunoglobulin were determined before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 94% and 93% respectively in the two groups. The difference has no significance(P > 0. 05). but CD3、CD4、 CD8、CD4/CD8,IgG and IgA in the same troup have been raised in comparion before with after treatment. The difference was quite significant(P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Qral fluid of astranalus essence can he applide to strengthen immune function of IRRI. promote antibody formation and descreases the relapse of IRRI.
