摘　　要：对扭曲角为 180°的反射式液晶显示进行了优化 ,并制备了 6 4× 12 8点阵的液晶显示模块。该反射式器件工作在常白模式下 ,不需要延迟片 ,结构简单。We realized a 64(128 dot matrix supertwisted reflective liquid crystal display ( LCD ) which has a novel operation mode. This device has a twisted angle 180o and is operated at normally white mode. The device has a simple structure and no retardation films were used. The optimization and optical properties of the reflective LCD were also discussed in terms of dynamics parameter space method.
