摘　　要：输血是外科手术、出血性疾病、急性感染伴休克等疾病常用的治疗方法。但是,输血时常常在血型鉴定中遇到ABO亚型、白血病抗原性减弱、新生儿抗体未形成等导致血型正反定型不符〔1〕。本科最近遇到一例因天然抗-B抗体减弱而导致ABO血型鉴定困难,现报告如下。Summary Patient＇s History.. Han, male, 52 years old, married, bleeding due to severe multiple injuries for more than 2 hours,coma history was unknown. He was sent to the hospital in April 1. ABO blood type,RhD blood group and BR were checked immediately： the positive type is A type and RhD positive, RBC： 2.79× 10^12/L, Hb 92 g/L,HCT 0. 263,WBC 13.1× 10^9/L,PLT 145 × 10^9/L. Review of BR at April 7th：RBC：1. 58× 10^12/L,Hb：50 g/L, Hct ： 0.151, WBC ： 9.9× 10^9/L, PLT ： 167 × 10^9/L. Two units of red blood cells were prepared preoperatively. The patient＇s blood type was checked by microcolumn gel card.
