成功抢救以腰部剧痛为首发症状的重度乳酸酸中毒1例

摘　　要：乳酸酸中毒（LA）在临床上并非多见,但表现多种多样,预后比较差,近期我院成功救治1例以腰部剧痛为首发症状的重度乳酸酸中毒（SLA）患者,现报告如下。患者,男,57岁。因发现血糖升高5年,恶心、呕吐、腹泻16h,突发剧烈腰痛4h入院。患者于5年前发现血糖升高诊断为2型糖尿病,平素口服＂二甲双胍0.5g,3次/d＂,Summary Lactic acidosis （LA） is not rare in clinic,with the incidence rate of 0. 003%. The disease most like- ly suffers from diabetes. The symptoms of the disease are various and the prognosis is poor. 1 cases of severe lactic acidosis with lumbar musclepain as the first symptom of （SLA） was treated in our hospital. It was reported in the literature that the disease often can not be cured when the blood lactic acid （Lac） concentration is more than 13.3 mmol/L. We shared our experience of successful treatment for this case.
