摘　　要：紧扣西部大开发战略指导思想 ,以分析小城镇建设对贵州经济社会发展的积极作用为出发点 ,指出小城镇建设是拉动内需、繁荣贵州经济和提高贵州城市化水平的现实选择。运用现代城市经济理论与人口流动模型 ,联系贵州实际 ,有针对性地提出贵州小城镇建设的思路框架 ,认为必须从资金筹集、行政区划设置、城镇规划、主导产业选择和加强城镇管理等方面统筹考虑小城镇建设。在此基础上 。This article binds in the mind with the ongoing strategic development of west China.It points out that the small town construction has so much positive effects in enlarging the domestic demand,speeding up the urbanization and promoting economic prosperity in Guizhou province.The author uses modern urbanization theory and labor flowing model to demonstrate his suggestions including fund raising,administrative area setting,town planning,pillarindustry selecting and town administration etc..Speeding up the urbanization also demands relavent reform of land system,household registering system,and social security system.This article has analyzed the economic,social and cultural factors that restrict the construction of small towns.
