河蟹“颤抖病”病原初步研究

摘　　要：本文对健康河蟹和患典型“颤抖病”的河蟹进行了病 原体检查和病理学研究，发现一种大小介于细菌和病毒之间的微生物。根据该微生物的大小、 形状、内部结构、寄生部位及其在细胞内的繁殖方式，可以判定其为类立克次体生物(Rickett sia－likeorganisms,简称RLOs)。人工感染实验验证该生物为“颤抖病”的真正病原体。In this paper,aetiology and pathology of trembling disease is studied.A microorganism, whose size is between virus and bactria,infect most tissues of crab. According to its size，shape，inner structure, existing places and propagating mode,it can be distinguished as Rickettsia -like organisms(RLOs).The results of artificial infection indicated RLOs are the actual pathogens of trembling disease.
