摘  要:应用化学诱变剂DES及PYM复合处理85—D50大豆湿种子,经连续选择,鉴定,育成的化诱542大豆新品种产量高。在本所试验站品种比较试验,两年的河北省夏大豆品种区域试验,产量均居第1位。该品种籽粒圆型,种皮黄色,百粒重20g左右。外观品质优,商品性好。抗病,抗倒。适宜在河北省中南部及同类地区夏播推广利用。The wet soybean seeds were treated by chemical mutagen PES and 85 - D50 and then continuously selected and identified. Finally,a new soybean variety named 542 was selet-ed. Its yield ranked the first in the experiments of Luancheng Agricultural Experimental Station and Regional Summer Soybeans Test in Hebei Province. The seeds of new soybean variety are spherical in shape with yellow seed coat and good visual commercial quality. Its hundred kernel weight is about 20g. The new soybean variety has a strong disease and lodging resistance and suitable for south and central Hebei province.
