摘  要:对复合型洗涤冷却室内气相液滴夹带过程进行了冷态实验研究。考察了气体速度、雾化器的出水流速、降膜冷却水流量、雾化器空间位置等因素对气相液滴夹带分率的影响规律。研究结果表明,液滴夹带分率随床层表观气速、冷却水流速的增加均呈上升趋势,而其在径向上的分布相对较为均匀;雾化器数量从2个增为4个将使液滴夹带量降低约40%,即增加雾化器数量能有效降低气相的液滴夹带分率。通过实验数据拟合得出冷却室内液滴夹带分率与条件参数的经验关联式。A cold mode experimental device was established for studying the droplet entrainment in the novel composite quench chamber. The effect of droplet entrainment on superficial gas velocity, nozzle flow velocity, cooling water flow and radial position was investigated. The experimental results show that droplet entrainment increases with the increase of superficial gas velocity and flow rate, while there has no significantly change in the radial direction of chamber. The droplet entrainment is decreased by about 40 percent when the number of nozzles increased from two to four. The increasing nozzle number can make the droplet well-distributed and reduce droplet entrainment. Meanwhile, an empirical correlation for droplet entrainment fraction and experimental parameters was also achieved.
