摘 要:促进我国矿业城市可持续协调发展,对资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设具有重要的意义。本文在总结已有矿业持续发展理论研究的基础上,以经济、社会、资源、环境为核心,构建了反映城市经济结构、资源潜力、资源开发现状、资源综合利用与生态环境保护、社会保障与矿区和谐为要素的矿业城市可持续发展能力综合评价的指标体系,为科学评价我国矿业城市可持续发展能力提供了理论基础,同时针对当前我国矿业城市可持续发展中遇到的资源与环境瓶颈问题,尤其是城市扩张引发的资源压覆问题,提出相关政策建议。Promote the sustainable coordinated development of China's mining cities, resource-saving and environment-friendly society has an important significance. This paper summarizes existing mining sustainable development on the basis of theoretical research , to economy, society, resources and environment as the core, building reflects the city's economic structure, resource potential and resources development present situation, the comprehensive utilization of resources and ecological environment protection, social security and harmonious mining area for the elements of the comprehensive evaluation index system for mining city sustainable development ability. For scientific evaluation of China's mining city sustainable development ability provides a basis theory, and in view of the bottleneck of resources and environment issue,especially the resource issues , Author puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
