摘 要:弹性爪机构是海上完井滑套开关工具中最重要的部件,其力学性能稳定性对于作业成败至关重要。基于受力分析和有限元模拟,建立开关工具弹性爪力学理论模型和三维有限元分析模型,研究弹性爪结构应力分布与作业性能。基于受力理论分析可知,弹性爪机构最大轴向拉力为4 116 N,最大应力为675 MPa;基于有限元模拟计算,弹性爪机构最大轴向拉力为3 924 N,最大应力747 MPa,弹性爪结构强度满足要求。功能试验结果表明,理论计算方法存在一定的误差,有限元模拟结果相对比较精确和可靠,功能试验发现若弹性爪最大应力接近屈服极限,作业过程中结构本身会发生一定的微屈服变形,试验结果偏小,设计弹性爪结构时应特别注意。The elastic claw mechanism is the most important part of the switching tool for offshore completion sliding sleeve. The stability of its mechanical performance is crucial to the success of operation. On the basis of force analysis and finite element model, the mechanical theoretical model and three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the elastic claw were established. The stress distribution and operating performance of the claw were stud- ied. The theoretical analysis of force indicates that the maximum axial tension of the elastic law mechanism is 4 116 N and its maximum stress is 675 MPa. The finite element simulation calculation shows that the maximum axial ten- sion of the mechanism is 3 924 N and its maximum stress is 747 MPa. The structural strength of the claw satisfies the requirement. The function test shows that there is an error with the theoretical calculation method. The finite ele- ment calculation is relatively very precise and reliable. The function test has found that if the maximum stress of the claw is close to the yield limit, the slight yield deformation will happen to the structure itself in the process of operation. The test result value is somewhat small, which should be given special attention in design of the claw.
