摘 要:掺稀降粘工艺已成为塔河油田稠油开采的主要方式,而混合器是掺稀降粘工艺中提高混合效果的主要工具,但原动态混合器混合效果不佳。为此,通过有限元仿真方法,对原动态混合器内部流场进行数值模拟分析,发现影响原动态混合器混合效果的因素是混合器叶轮依靠流体冲击旋转,而未对混合流体进行有效的旋转搅拌。基于分析结果,研究了一种新型动态混合器,并介绍了其结构及工作原理。对新型动态混合器内部流场进行数值模拟,并与原动态混合器模拟结果进行对比,对比结果表明,新型动态混合器比原动态混合器能更有效地增强稠油掺稀混合效果。Thin mixing and viscosity reduction technology has become the main production mode of heavy oil in Tahe Oilfield, and the mixer is the main tool to improve the mixing effect in the technology. But the mixing effect of the original dynamic mixer is not desirable. Therefore, through the finite element method, the numerical simulation analysis of the internal flow field of the original mixer was conducted. It was found that the factor influencing the mixing effect of the original mixer was that the mixer impeller depended on fluid impact to rotate, without effective rotation and mixing of mixed fluid. On the basis of the analysis result, a new type of dynamic mixer was studied. Its structure and operating mechanism were introduced. Similarly, a numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the new mixer was conducted and compared with the simulation result of the original dyna/nic mixer. The findings show that the new mixer can increase the thin mixing effect of heavy oil more effectively than the original mixer.
