摘  要:应用Fluent软件,选用三维瞬态湍流动网格模型对双头全金属单螺杆泵做了外特性的数值模拟分析,得到轴功率、流量以及泵效随增压值的仿真变化曲线。对该泵外特性做了试验研究,给出了试验外特性曲线,对比分析了全金属单螺杆泵与常规橡胶衬套单螺杆泵的外特性。分析结果表明,基于Fluent的数值模拟方法能够准确模拟该泵实际外特性;随着增压值的增大,流量近似线性减小,轴功率近似线性增大,泵效先增大后减小,存在最优工作区间;介质黏度对泵的流量特性影响显著,相比常规螺杆泵,不存在硬特性。Applying the Fluent software, the three-dimensional transient turbulence flow mesh model was selected to conduct a numerical simulation analysis of the external characteristics of double-ended all-metal singlescrew pump. The simulation variation curve of shaft power, flowrate and pump efficiency with the pressure boost was obtained. An experimental study of the pump' s external characteristics was carried out. The curve of the external characteristics was given by the experiment. A comparative analysis of the external characteristics of the pump and conventional rubber bushing single-screw pump was conducted. The analysis shows that the Fluent-based numerical simulation method can precisely simulate the practical external characteristics of the pump. With the increase of boost pressure, the flowrate is approximate to linear reduction; the shaft power is approximate to linear increase; the pump efficiency increases first and then decreases; there exists the optimal working range. The medium viscosity has considerable effect on the flowrate characteristic of the pump. Compared with conventional pump, no hard characteristic exists with the pump.
