摘　　要：我国机构知识库的建设起步较晚,整体发展不平衡。为深入分析这种不平衡状况及其成因,展开对我国两岸三地机构知识库现有资源及其资源的采集、揭示与整合等方面的调查,发现我国机构知识库资源建设还需要解决以下三个问题:寻求政策支持,防范知识产权风险,发挥图书馆核心作用。China started late on construction of institutional repositories, and the overall development of institu- tional repositories is imbalance. In order to deeply analyze this imbalance and its factors, this paper surveys the situation, gathering, revelation, and integration of existing resources of institutional repositories in China. Then, this paper also puts forward three issues that must be addressed： seeking policy support, preventing in- tellectual property risk, and playing the core function of libraries. 7 tabs. 11 refs.
