摘　　要：由于格式多样化,地理空间数据的长期保存面临格式管理问题。NGDA、NCGDAP和GeoMAPP是美国数字信息保存项目NDIIPP中关于地理信息保存的三个项目,这些项目中的数据格式管理活动为我国相关保存机构提供了有益参考。它们的数据格式管理活动主要有:格式信息的登记,采用多方广泛使用的数据管理平台,选择合适的保存格式,在数据摄取中检查、迁移格式,打包数据等。保存机构应在机构保存目标的要求下制定保存格式的选择指标,进而确定数据保存的格式标准。Geospatial data have diverse formats and face the issue of format management for their long - term preservation. These geospatial data preservation projects, such as NGDA,NCGDAP and GeoMAPP, belong to American digital information preservation project --NDIIPP, and their following management activities of data format have provided useful references for China＇s relevant archival institutions ： format registry, the use of data management platform that is used by multiple partners, selecting appropriate archival formats, checking and converting formats of data in their ingestion, packaging data, and so on. Archival institutions should make se- lection indexes of archival formats under the requirements of their archival targets, and then determine the for- mat standard of archival data. 2 figs. 1 tab. 13 refs.
