摘  要:用颗粒失重法测定自制微生物发酵液降解马尾松树脂颗粒的效价,探讨了微生物发酵液控制马尾松树脂障碍的可行性。结果表明,树脂颗粒失重量与NaOH滴定量成线性关系,相关系数为0.9300试验优化了失重法的降解条件:颗粒大小0.2 g,发酵液量20 mL,温度60℃、pH8下处理12 h。通过5L发酵罐发酵,效价从摇瓶的38.0%提高到50.6%。通过傅里叶红外光谱测定反应前后树脂成分的变化,有羧酸的产生,并且发酵液对树脂类物质中的酯键具有裂解作用,因此该发酵液对树脂障碍有明显控制效果。Measured the valence of handmade microbial degrading the pinus massoniana resin with particle weightlessness method, discussed the feasibility of microbial fermentation broth controlling the pinus massoniana pitch troubles. Results showed that it was linear dependence between the resin particle weightlessness and the titer of sodium hydroxide. The linearly dependent coefficient was 0.930. The experiment optimized the enzymolysis conditions of weightlessness method: particle size (1.2 g, fluid volume 20 mL, temperature 60~ , pH8, processed 12 h. The titer increased from 38% in the shaker to 50.6% through fermenting in the 5Lfermentation tank.The ingredient of resins had changed before and after the reaction measuring by the FT-IR Spectrometer, the carboxylic acid produced, and the fermentation broth had the splitting action to the ester bond among the resin kind material. It can be concluded that this fermentation broth had the obvious control effect on the pitch troubles.
