摘  要:在研究了显色剂邻氯苯基荧光酮与钛的络合反应条件基础上,利用自行研制的流动比色装置,在双光束分光光度计的检测器上实现一阶导数光度检测.即一次注样便同时产生一正一负两个拐点的一阶导数光度响应信号,依据ΔA/Δt值与样品中钛含量(钛含量在0.06~1.8 μg·mL-1范围内符合比耳定律)的关系进行定量分析.这种方法的进样频率高达130次/小时,灵敏度是普通法的1.7倍.此外,络合物在酸性介质中稳定,消除大量共存离子的干扰,可直接进行铝合金中微量钛的测定.Based on studying complex reaction of o-chlorophenyl fluorone as the colour developing agent with titanium, we achieved the first derivative spectrophotometric detection in the double-beam spectrophotometer detector by using self-developed colorimetric device, namely, the single injection produced a first derivative photometric response signal, with which had a positive and two negative inflections and could be used for quantitative analysis of the relationship between AA/At and the content of titanium. It should be noted that the content of titanium only in 0.06 - 1.8 μg/mL obeys the Beer law. The injection frequency of this method was up to 130 times/hour and the sensitivity was 1.7 times than common method. In addition, the complex under acidic conditions was stable for eliminating a large number of coe-ions. Therefore, this method can be directly used for the determination of microscale titanium in aluminum/alloys.
