锁骨钩钢板联合微型钢板治疗Neer Ⅱ型锁骨远端骨折60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨钩钢板联合微型钢板内固定术治疗Neer Ⅱ型锁骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法 60例Neer Ⅱ型锁骨远端骨折患者采取锁骨钩钢板+微型钢板内固定治疗,对喙锁韧带断裂者不予修补;骨折愈合后取出钢板,并对肩关节功能进行Constant评分,观察手术治疗效果。结果 60例均获随访,平均于术后12.8个月取出内固定物,取出后1个月Constant评分平均94分,疗效优良;术后遗留肩部疼痛、活动受限各1例。结论锁骨钩钢板联合微型钢板行内固定治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折效果好。Objective To explore the effect of internal fixation with clavicle hook plate plus mini-plate on Neer type Ⅱ distal clavicle fracture. Methods Sixty cases of Neer type Ⅲ distal clavicle fractures were performed internal fixation with clavicle hook plate plus mini-plate, without repairing coracoclavicular ligament. Steel plate was removed after fracture healing and the shoulder joint function was evaluated by Constant score to assess the surgical result. Results All these 60 cases were followed up. The steel plate was removed in 12. 8 months averagely after operation. One month after the removal of internal fixation, the Constant score was 94 in average （good）. Postoperative shoulder pain occurred in 1 patient and restricted movement occurred in 1 patient. Conclusions Internal fixation with clavicular hook plate plus miniplate is effective for Neer type II distal clavicle fracture.
