摘  要:钩尾框成形辊锻工艺的第四道次出现严重的弯曲缺陷,通过数值模拟仿真和生产调试相结合对其进行分析。由于辊锻成形具有继承性和累积性,第二道次充填不满,第三、第四道次打滑及稳定性差等问题是导致第四道次产生严重弯曲的关键。提出对第二道次模具设计为立椭圆形槽,第三道次模具的直线过渡修改为圆弧过渡,并在第三、第四道次咬入端相反方向安置导向槽装置。通过模具优化后模拟出的辊锻成形有明显改善,矫正了弯曲变形的问题。Numerical simulation and production debugging were adopted to analyze the bending defect of the 4th pass in the roll forging forming process of coupler yoke. In the forming process, under-filling defect appears in the 2th pass, and slipping defect and poor stability at middle bulk occur in 3th and 4th pass, which leads to bending defect in the 4th pass, because of the inheritance and cumulative of roll forging forming. The oval groove mold design was proposed for the 2th pass, linear transition of the mold in the 3th pass was changed to circular arc transition, moreover, guide grooves were designed for 3th and 4th pass. Through mold optimization, roll forging is improved significantly and the bending forming is set right.
