TIPP手术治疗下肢静脉曲张临床分析(附59例报告)

摘　　要：目的总结TIPP治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析59例下肢静脉曲张患者（共87条肢体）的临床资料，均行ⅡPP手术治疗。结果本组59例共87条肢体均顺利完成手术，手术时间平均65（45～100）min，切口数目4—7个。术后出现皮下血肿2例、瘀斑3例、皮下蜂窝织炎1例、痛性硬结3例、足踝部肿胀12例，均采用保守治疗缓解。结论TIPP治疗下肢静脉曲张创伤小，疗效确切，正确操作可以降低不良反应发生率。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transilluminated powered phlebectomy （TIPP） in the treatment of varicose vein of lower extremity. Method The clinical data of 59 patients （with 87 limbs） who suffered varicose vein of lower extremity performed TIPP were analyzed retrospectively. Results The sur- gery of TIPP was succeed with 4 to 7 incisions. The operative time was 45 to 100 minutes with an average of 65 minutes. The postoperative complications were ecchymoma in 2 cases, ecchymosis in 3 cases, cellulitis in 1 case, aching callosity in 3 cases and swelling of ankle in 12 cases. Coulcusion TIPP is a minimally invasive tech- nique to treat varicosities of lower extremities, and adverse results could be avoided with accurate maneuver.
