锁定加压钢板治疗老年胫骨平台骨折34例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法分析2010年12月～2012年12月采用胫骨锁定加压钢板治疗老年胫骨平台骨折34例，评价胫骨锁定加压钢板对胫骨平台骨折治疗效果。本组34例，男23例，女11例，平均年龄63．4（53～76）岁。根据AO骨折分型：B2型骨折8例，B3型13例，C1型8例，C2型5例。结果34例患者均获随访，随访时间6—18个月，平均11．2个月。本组患者均获得骨性愈合。Sanders膝关节评分结果：优26例，良6例，可2例。优良率94．12％。结论锁定钢板治疗老年胫骨平台骨折临床疗效满意，固定效果好，手术创伤小，患肢功能术后恢复好。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of internal fixation of tibial plateau fracture with locking compression plates in 34 old patients. Methods From December 2010 to December 2012,34 cases of tibial plateau fractures, whose average age of 63.4 years old were treated with locking compress plates. Clas- sification of the fractures included B2 of 8 cases, B3 of 13 cases, C1 of 8 cases and C2 of 5 cases. Result During the follow-up of 6 months to 18 months, all the fractures were recovered, including 26 cases having ex- cellent recovery, 6 of good, and 2 of fair, based on the evaluation of Sanders knee joint function standards. And the fine rate was 92.12%. Conclusion Locking compression plate has been proven as a safe and effec- tive implant for the treatment of fractures of the tibial plateau in old patients.
