摘　　要：目的总结内窥镜联合支撑喉镜针状高频电刀切除会厌囊肿的临床疗效。方法2011年1月-2012年12月应用内窥镜联合支撑喉镜针状高频电刀切除会厌囊肿55例。结果本组术后病理均为囊肿。术后随访49例，平均随访9（6—12）个月。患者咽部异物感或吞咽梗阻感消失，复查电子喉镜显示47例会厌囊肿消失，2例复发（均非原发部位）。结论内窥镜联合支撑喉镜针状高频电刀切除会厌囊肿具有操作简单、图像清晰、手术时间短、术后并发症少、恢复快、费用低等优点，值得基层医院临床推广和应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of endoscopic assisted self-retaining laryngoscopic approach with acicular electrotome for the epiglottic cyst. Method A total of fifty-five patients＇with epiglottic cyst were resected by endoscopic and self-retaining laryngoscope with acicular electrotome. Results The postoperative pathology revealed cyst in all cases. 49 cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months without foreign bodies sensation or pharynx obstruction sensation. Except 2 cases of epiglottic cyst recurrence, the other 47 cases were achieved dis- appearance of the cyst. Conclusion The resection of epiglottic cyst by endoscopic and self-retaining laryngoscopic approach with acicular electrotome is a simple, safe and effective therapy with advantages with short operative dura- tion, less postoperative complications, fast recovery and low cost, and which is worthy to be clinical popularized.
