摘 要:以微硅粉和Al2(SO4)3,为反应物料,硫酸钾为熔盐介质,分别在800oC、900℃、1000oC和1100℃下煅烧并保温1h,溶解、过滤、烘干后得到白色疏松状莫来石粉体。利用XRD和SEM对合成粉体进行物相分析和显微形貌观察。结果表明:1000℃为合成莫来石最佳温度,合成的莫来石晶须直径为0.1~0.8μm,长度为4—5μm。同时对莫来石晶须的形成机理进行了探讨。The mullite powders were prepared through reaction of micro silica fume and aluminum sulfate in molten potassium sulfate at different temperature of 800 ℃, 900 ℃, 1000 ℃ and 1100 ℃ for 1 h, sequently dissolved, separated and dried. The phase composition and morphology of synthesized powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron-microscopy. The results show that 1000 ℃ is regarded as the best synthesis temperature, and the mullite whiskers are 0.14). 8μm in diameter and 4-5 μm in length. Meanwhile, the formation mechanism of the mullite whiskers was discussed.
