摘  要:设计正交实验,以MgCl2·6H2O和NH4HCO3为原料,采用低温水热法合成三水碳酸镁晶须。通过改变实验条件,实现了对三水碳酸镁晶须形貌的调控。利用x射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:反应温度40~50℃、n(Mg2+):n(HC03-):1:2.2、pH=8.8—9.0、搅拌速度130r/min、陈化时间3h、反应时间70min,制备出的MgCO3·3H2O晶须呈一维针状,沉降性能好,长径比可达29.60。最优实验条件同样适用于卤水资源体系。Magnesium carbonate tri-hydrate whisker (MgCO3 3H20) was synthetized by low- temperature hydrothermal technique using MgC12 · 6H20 solution and NH4HCO3 solution as raw materials, the orthogonal experimental as method. The morphology of MgCO3 · 3H20 could be tuned by changing the operating parameters. X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to characterize the structures and morphologies of the products. The results show that the optimum condition is: the reaction temperature is 40-50 ℃, n( Mg2+ ):n(HCOf ) = 1:2.2; pH value is 8.8-9.0; stirring speed is 130 r/min; aging time is 3 h; reaction time is 70 rain. MgCO3 · 3H20 synthetized is one-dimensional acicular with good settling performance. Average aspect ratio is 29.60. The optimal experimental condition also applies to the brine resources.
