摘 要:以白云鄂博西尾矿和粉煤灰为主要原料,采用熔融法制备了添加0~2.Owt%Cr:03的CaO—MgO-SiO2-Al2O3系微晶玻璃,利用DTA、XRD、FESEM、EDS和综合力学性能仪等测试手段,研究了Cr2O3含量对该体系微晶玻璃显微结构及性能的影响。实验结果表明:少量Cr20,(0.5wt%)可有效降低样品的晶化温度,促进主晶相辉石相(Ca(Mg,Fe,Al)(Si,Al)2O6)的形成,同时细化其显微组织,从而提高样品的密度、抗折强度和耐酸碱性;当Cr2O3含量大于等于1.5wt%时,析晶峰温度由804℃提高到816oC,同时微晶玻璃中形成不规则块状结构的镁铁铬尖晶石(MgFe0.9Cr1.1O4)第二相,并进而引起周围辉石相晶粒异常长大,降低其抗折强度。CaO-MgO-SiO2-Al203 glass-ceramics with extra addition of 0-2. Owt% Cr203 were prepared by the traditional melting-casting method using Bayan Obo west mine tailing and fly ash as main materials. The effect of Cr203 on the miemstructure and properties was systematically investigated by DTA, XRD, FESEM, EDS and universal mechanical properties tester, etc. The results showed that the crystallization temperature of the sample was effectively reduced by the addition of0.5wt% Cr203. As a result, the formation of augite Ca(Mg, Fe, A1)(Si, A1)206, detectable primary phase, was enhanced. Meanwhile, the average grain size became finer. The density, bending strength and resistances to acid/alkali corrosion of the glass-ceramics were remarkably improved. With the further addition of Cr2O3 ( 31.5wt% ), the crystallization temperature of the sample increased from 804 ℃ to 816 ℃. MgF% 9Cr1.104 spinel, as a new secondary phase within the sample, was formed, within the augite matrix in form of lumps of irregular shape. Abnormal grain growth of augite phase was observed around the newly formed secondary phase, thereby leading to an obvious reduction to the bending strength of the glass-ceramics.
