摘  要:基于平面波展开法研究二维声子晶体振动带隙的最佳参数特性,数值计算基体为硅橡胶散射体为铝时正方格子和三角格子二维声子晶体的XY模式和Z模式的带隙特性,得到三角格子声子晶体更易形成较宽振动带隙。改变散射体材料特性,模拟得到散射体密度大的材料能够形成较宽带隙。研究结论对于声子晶体应用制作提供理论参考。The optimum parameters characteristics of vibration bands for two-dimensional phononic crystal were studied based on the plane wave expansion method, and the XY and Z mode band gap characteristics of square and triangular lattice two-dimensional phononic crystal at silicone rubber carbon diffuser object for aluminum were calculated by numerical methods. The calculation results show that the phononic crystals of triangle structure are more easier to form wide vibration band gap compared with the square structure. By changing the material properties of scatter object, and there are easier to obtain a relatively wide band gap for the large scattering density. These results provide theoretical basis for the design of phononic crystal devices.
