让人文关怀介入城市纪念性景观公园的构建——以纽约爱尔兰饥荒纪念公园为例

摘　　要：19世纪中叶因饥荒而逃离家园、来到美洲的爱尔兰人至今仍然乐观团结地生活在这片土地上,位于纽约曼哈顿金融中心的爱尔兰饥荒纪念公园的建造旨在向他们表达由衷的敬意,同时也希望借此来提升世人对当今世界范围内仍广泛存在的严重的饥荒问题的关注度。公园设计巧妙地综合了多重爱尔兰本土的元素,秉承历史记忆,尊重场地功能,在忠实再现爱尔兰历史文化的基础上将城市纪念性景观的存在价值提升至对于当今世界范围内饥荒问题的人文关怀,并且在场地景观建成后的数年内成功将最初的设计意愿转化成具体的无国界救援行动。该方案为今后国内的城市纪念性景观公园的设计和建造提供了全新的思维角度。The Irish fled their homes because of famine in the mid-19~h century. Many of them came to the America. They are still living with solidarity and optimism today. In order to express respect to them, people build the Irish Hunger Memorial in Manhattan New York Financial Center. Today, the worldwide problem of famine is still very serious. The establishment of the Irish Hunger Memorial also hopes to raise people＇s attention on this issue. The site is limited. The design combines multiple elements of the native of Ireland, and adhering to the historical memory, fits functions of the site. Faithful reproduction of the value of the existence of Irish history and culture on the basis of urban memorial landscape raised humane care for today＇s world-wide famine. The design will transforms into an international rescue operation successfully a few years after the completion of the site landscape. The program provides a new angle of thinking for the future of the urban memorial landscape in the design and construction of the park.
