摘　　要：以位于加拿大安大略省于人村主街上的两个典型历史遗产建筑为例,从屋顶、外墙、门窗、基础、细节、门廊、节能、无障碍设计、功能改造、现代化设施等10个方面对其保护和更新的方式进行了调研和分析,总结出该地区历史遗产建筑保护和更新的平衡策略。This paper examines two typical heritage buildings in the Main Street of Unionville, Ontario, Canada, aiming to understand the strategies for balancing preservation and creation in the revitalization of the heritage buildings in this heritage conservation district. The study focuses on 10 building components including roofs, exterior cladding system, windows and doors, foundations, architectural details, porches, energy conservation, barrier-free design, update of function, and modernized facilities, to summarize the strategies employed in revitalizing heritage buildings in Main Street Unionville.
