摘　　要：本文基于当前微住宅设计及其相关研究,分析与展望了微住宅建筑发展所面临的挑战和机遇,同时针对微住宅设计与建设将要面临的实际问题提出了微住宅建筑的智能化整体解决方案,并引用相关不同方向的微住宅设计和研究来证明智能化整体式方案的可行性。最后,本文还对未来微住宅的发展方向提出了进一步的前瞻性探讨。Based on the current residential design and related research, this paper analyses and prospects the challenges and opportunities faced by the development of the micro residential. Aiming at the practical problems the design and construction of micro residential may face, this paper put s forward many solutions of the micro residential building in telligence, and quotes different directions of the micro residential design and studies to prove the feasibility of intelligent integral. Finally, it futher discusses the future development direction of micro residential.
