摘　　要：针对传统混凝土搅拌工艺中存在的问题,讨论先拌水泥砂浆法、先拌水泥净浆法、水泥裹砂法、水泥裹石法及粗细骨料全造壳法等二次搅拌工艺所具有的不同工艺流程对混凝土搅拌质量的影响,测试不同条件下混凝土的匀质性、抗压强度指标,并与传统搅拌工艺进行对比试验。结果表明:二次搅拌工艺较传统搅拌工艺能明显提高混凝土的搅拌质量和效率,改善混凝土界面过渡区的黏结强度。A lecture on concretes secondary mixing.The text deals first with effects to concrete mixture quality by different mixing processes while testing indicators of consistency and pressure strength under various conditions,plus comparative tests versus the traditional mixing process.Test results show that the secondary mixing can enhance obviously the concretes mixture quality while improving adhesive strength of interface at the transit areas.
