摘　　要：产品质量安全事件频发已成为社会舆论和媒体关注的焦点,产品安全与否成为消费者选择产品最重要的标准。笔者从木质林产品质量安全监管环境,包括产品自身属性、产品生产环节及产品监管体系构成等方面,对影响木质林产品质量安全风险的全流程、多主体进行分析,为政府部门制定风险管理决策、实施风险管理行为提供参考依据,为企业和监管部门进行产品质量安全风险防范提供参考。The events for products quality and safety have become the focus of public opinion and media attention.The products safety has become the most important criterion for consumers to choose products.This paper analyzes the whole process and multi-subjects affecting the risk factors of the wood-forest products quality and safety from the regulatory environment,including product attributes,production process and the construction of products supervision system.To some extent,this can provide reference for government to make risk management decisions and to conduct risk management,and for the enterprise and supervision department to prevent product quality safety risk.
