松鼠血液生理生化指标测定与分析

摘　　要：捕捉成年野生东北松鼠30只,采集心脏血液,使用全自动血液细胞分析仪和全自动生化分析仪测定其23项血液指标和18项生化指标。结果显示,雌性松鼠的嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EO%)、嗜酸性粒细胞数目(EY)、血小板数目(PLT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量、血糖(GLU)浓度以及血钙(Ca)含量显著高于雄性(P<0.05);而红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)显著低于雄性(P<0.05);并建立了松鼠血液生理生化指标正常范围,为进一步研究松鼠的生理状态、繁殖特性、疾病防治提供参考数据。30 adult scums vulgaris were captured and the cardiac blood was collected and analyzed with automatic hematology analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer to determine 23 blood parameters and 18 biochemical parameters. The results show that the percentage of eosinophil （EO%）, the amount of eosinophil（EY）, the amount of platelet（PLT）, alkaline phosphatase（ALP） content, blood glucose（GLU） concentration and blood calcium（Ca） in female scums vulgaris＇ blood were significantly higher than those in male scums vulgaris＇blood（P 〈 0.05） ;the parameters of the coefficient of variation of red cell distribution width（RDW） and the platelet dis- tribution width（PDW） in female scums vulgaris＇ blood were significantly lower than those in the male squirrels（P〈 0.05）. Besides, we determined the normal range of scums volgaris＇ biochemical and physiological blood parameters which provides theoretical basis for further research on squirrels＇physiological state, reproductive characteristics and disease control.
