摘　　要：本文主要从建立以人为本的成本管理文化,正确认识成本管理内容和积极推行战略成本管理出发,阐述全员成本管理在银行经营管理中的重要性。解决目前普遍存在的对成本管理认识上的偏差。以达到全员重视成本,人人参与成本管理的目的。Based on creating human-oriented cost management culture, understanding cost management and forgoing strategic cost management, this paper discusses the importance of staff cost management to banks operations control to correct the prevailing misconception of cost management , as well as engages the staff into cost management.
