转型与就业——对我国三省市退役运动员安置现状的研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查、访谈、调研等方法,对陕西、江苏和上海运动员的退役安置现状及其存在的问题进行调查与分析,提出了改善运动员退役安置现状的几点建议。建议:建立旨在加强退役运动员就业安置的多部门合作机制,提高政府的组织安置效率;加大舆论宣传,帮助退役运动员转变安置理念,鼓励其进行自主择业;拓展退役运动员接受高等教育的渠道,降低其进入高等学校学习的门槛,并针对其开设一些专门的体育教育课程,使其能够走上体育教师的岗位;完善退役运动员的社会保险,丰富退役运动员的职业技能培训体系。Through the questionnaire survey, interview, investigation and statistics methods, we made an investigation and a- nalysis on the current situation and problems of athlete retirement placement in Shaanxi, Jiangsu and Shanghai, and put for- ward several suggestions to improve the placement situation of retired athletes. Suggestions include ： establishing the mecha- nism of multi-sector＇ s cooperation for strengthening the placement of retired athletes and raising the resettlement efficiency of government;enlarging the propaganda, helping retired athletes change the resettlement idea and encouraging self employ- ment of retired athletes; ofering the retired athletes more chance to receive higher education, reducing requirements for them to go to colleges and universities and offering retired athletes some physical education classes for them to the PE Teachers ＂post;perfecting retired athletes social insurance and enriching their skill training system.
