我国竞技体育可持续发展的对策研究——以西部地区为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料、数据统计与比较研究等方法,以国内和国外最高竞技赛事全运会与奥运会奖牌数为统计指标,探讨西部竞技体育现状与可持续发展对策。结果:国家西部大开发政策后,西部省份竞技体育得到快速发展,但与东部、中部相比相差甚远,整体竞技水平不高,内部结构失衡。建议以树立科学发展观,坚持举国体制为基点;确立重点攻关项目为龙头;落实组织管理、经费筹集与人才建设三个关键点;以开发西部竞技体育竞赛市场为着力点,促进竞技体育社会化、市场化与产业化;建立区域协调发展运行机制,加强省际间互动;促进竞技体育与学校体育、社会体育的均衡式发展,提升体育协同整合力。Using literature, statistics and comparative research methods, taking the number of medals of the highest domestic and foreign sports events,i, e. the National Games and the Olympic Games, as the statistical indicators, this article discusses the status quo in Western sports and sustainable development strategy, the results showed that ： The western provinces make a rapid development of competitive sports after the Western Development. There is a great deal of difference Compared with the eastern and the central, the overall competitive level is not high and the internal structural is imbalanced. It sug- gests establishing a scientific concept of development, adhering to the nationwide system anchored, promoting the socializa- tion, marketization and industrialization of competitive sports depending on the development of the western sports competi- tive market,establishing a coordinated regional development operation mechanisms to strengthen inter-provincial interac- tion, promoting a balanced development of competitive sports, school sports and social sports, and enhancing sports syner- gistic integration force.
