越位判罚决策中的误判——主观故意还是非人力所能及

摘　　要：足球比赛中的越位规则一直存在着存废与否的争议,其主要原因在于对越位的错、漏判普遍存在,特别是比赛水平越高误判的现象越多,对比赛胜负的影响也越大。越位误判无法避免的原因是助理裁判员业务不精,还是另有隐情呢?从认知心理学视角综述了国外对这一问题的研究。结果表明:越位误判之无法避免,在于规则本身与人类的视觉结构;闪光滞后效应与视觉误差理论能够对越位中的错、漏判做出合理的阐释;指出通过视觉模拟训练可以提高助理裁判员认知专长水平以减小越位误判误差的幅度。There is an argument about whether the offside rule in football should be abolished or not. The misjudgement on the offside is the main reason. Especially in the higher level of competition, the more the misjudgements are, the greater the impact on the outcome of the game are. Misjudgement of Offside can not be avoided because assistant referee＇ s level is not fine. Or otherwise is something hidden in it？ In this paper, an overview of cognitive psychology perspective on the issue of foreign is done. Study results show that the misjudgement of Offside can not be avoided because of the rules themselves and the human visual structure, and the flash lag effect and visual error theory can be able to make a reasonable interpreta-tion of misjudgement;and that visual simulation training can improve the expertise cognitive level of assistant referees in order to reduce the magnitude of misjudgement.
