摘  要:目的 调查社区护士留职意愿现状,并探讨其影响因素.方法 采用留职意愿调查表了解杭州市区18所社区卫生服务中心460名在职护士留职意愿情况.结果 社区护士留职意愿总分1.00~4.17(3.06±0.46)分,护士选择社区护理工作的主要原因为:工作稳定、有专业特长、喜欢护理专业;年龄、工龄、职称、编制和月收入是影响社区护士留职意愿的主要因素(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 社区护士整体留职意愿处于中等水平,护理管理者应根据影响因素,制订针对性措施,以提高社区护士工作稳定性.Objective To investigate the status of community nurses'job retention and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods Totally,460 community nurses were recruited from 18 community health service centers in Hangzhou.They were investigated with Nurses'Job Retention Scale.Results The job retention score of community nurses was 1.00 ~ 4.17 (3.06 ± 0.46).The reasons why nurses chose community nursing were stable work,having professional speciality and likes of nursing.Age,years of work experience,profession title,employment mode and monthly income were factors influencing nurses'job retention (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion The job retention of community nurses is at a medium level,nursing managers should formulate specific measures according to the influencing factors,so as to improve community nurses'job retention.
