咸宁市某三级甲等医院护理工作量测算分析

摘　　要：目的通过测量科室护理工作量,探讨护理工作时间分配情况,为护理工作改革提供依据。方法选取咸宁市某三级甲等医院25个临床科室为调查现场,采用计时法,对83项直接护理项目、30项间接护理项目和不同层级护士工作时间分配进行测算。结果全院直接护理时间占护理总时间的65.18%。内科组与外科组直接护理时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);监护病房高于内科组和外科组(P<0.01);专科护士日直接护理时间占日总护理时间的22.92%。结论护士直接护理工作时间相对较少,尤其是专科护士直接护理时间更少,应引起护理管理者的重视。Objective By measuring nursing workload in the ward,to explore the situation of time distribution on nursing work,and to provide basis for nursing reform.Methods A 3A-level hospital with 25 clinical departments in Xianning City was selected as survey field.By means of timing method,83 direct nursing items,30 indirect nursing items and nursing time of different level nurses were measured.Results The direct nursing time accounted for 65.18％ in the total nursing time.No significont difference between was found between the departments of internal medicine and surgical on direct nursing time （P ＞ 0.05）.However,both of them were lower than that of ICU （P ＜ 0.01）.The specialist nurses＇direct nursing time accounted for 22.92％ in the daily nursing time.Conclusion Nurses＇ direct nursing time is relatively short,especially the specialist nurses＇,which should be paid attention by nursing managers.
