摘　　要：目的构建基于循证护理的PICC置管患者护理会诊模式,并探讨PICC置管护理会诊模式的应用效果。方法应用循证护理的方法,通过确立护理会诊模式,即护理会诊人员资质准入、护理会诊记录单的编制、护理会诊流程,评价护理会诊的效果及护理会诊人员的工作效率。结果观察组患者的导管相关感染、机械性静脉炎、穿刺口渗血、肢体肿胀和导管堵塞的解决率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);观察组护理会诊到达时间距申请时间间隔和处置时间距申请时间间隔少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展PICC置管患者护理会诊模式可有效提高工作效果和效率,具有较好的应用前景。Objective To constructe a nursing consultation mode based on evidence-based nursing for PICC patients,and to explore its application effects.Methods Based on evidence-based nursing,a nursing consultation mode was applied in clinical practice,which included qualification admittance of nursing consultation personnel,compiling of nursing consultation records and nursing consultation process.Then the effects of nursing consultation and working efficacy of nursing consultation personnel were evaluated.Results The resolution rates of catheter-related infection,mechanical phlebitis,bleeding puncture,limb swelling and catheter blockage were higher in experimental group than those of the control group （P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05）.The interval time between consultation arriving time and application time,and the interval time between handle time and application time were shorter than those of the control group （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion The application of nursing consultation model for PICC patients can improve working effects and efficacy,and has good application prospects.
