摘　　要：作为建设工程项目关键成功因素之一,项目交付方式(Project Delivery Method,PDM)对最终项目绩效有着极其重要的影响,因而成为工程项目管理中的一个关键科学问题,20多年来一直是国际上研究的重点和热点领域,近几年逐渐引起中国工程界和学术界的重视。在梳理现有文献的基础上,比较学者们对PDM的不同界定和不同分类方法;回顾项目绩效的度量指标、影响因素和评估方法;进而重点对不同PDM下工程项目绩效比较,以及PDM选择或设计/创新方面的研究成果进行综述;通过文献综合分析,探讨已有研究成果存在的局限性,并指出未来研究方向。As a critical factor for the success of construction project, the project delivery method （PDM）, as a critical scientific issue in construction project management, has a very important impact on the project performance. Over the last two decades, PDM has been an important and hot topic in the construction research in western countries. It is now attracting the attention of Chinese engineers and scholars. In this study, the understanding and classifications of PDMs are compared. The indicators, influencing factors and assessment methods of project performance are reviewed, while an emphasis is put on the performance comparisons of different PDMs as well as the PDM selection or PDM design/ innovation. Through a comprehensive literature review, the limitations of existing studies are emphasized and the potential future researches are pointed out.
