摘　　要：目的:评价Galileo neo全自动血型仪在血型测定工作中的可靠性和准确性。方法:仪器装机第1个月,所有标本同时用neo全自动血型检测系统和经典的试管法进行对照性试验,共2 445例;仪器投入使用3个月后统计neo全自动血型仪的判读率,并分析判读失败的原因。结果:Galileo neo全自动血型仪法和试管法符合率达100%、准确率100%、无错误率;仪器的判读成功率98.24%,判读失败率1.76%,无错误判读。结论:Galileo neo全自动血型仪具有很好的可靠性和准确性,大大提高了血型检测工作的标准化、信息化和自动化水平。Objective：To evaluate the reliability and accuracy of Galileo neo fully automated blood typing analy- zer in blood typing. Method： In the first month after the analyzer was installed,2 445 patients＇s blood groups were simultaneously determined by fully automated blood typing analyzer and classical tube test,the results were com- pared;the analyzer has already been used three month later, success rate and failure rate of the analyzer were calcu- lated, and its reason to fail was analyzed. Result：The diagnostic concordance rate between the analyzer and the tube was 100~/00 ,and the same as accuracy rate. The success rate and failure rate of the analyzer were 98. 24~ and 1.76 % ,while its wrong interpretation rate was 0. Conclusion：Galileo neo fully automated blood typing analyzer is accurate and reliable. It rapidly improves standardization,informationization and automation level in blood typing.
