血小板凝胶在前列腺电切术中应用效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血小板凝胶在经尿道前列腺电切术中应用的临床效果。方法:选取2011-01-2012-12前列腺增生症患者125例,随机分为两组,采取经尿道前列腺电切术。其中治疗组25例手术结束时于前列腺腺窝内灌注血小板凝胶,对照组100例前列腺电切手术中单纯电凝止血。结果:治疗组无输血,无膀胱痉挛及尿道狭窄,菌尿1例;对照组严重出血4例,并发尿道狭窄9例,菌尿14例。治疗组与对照组术后持续渗血时间、冲洗液转清时间、术后感染率、拔管时间、术后住院时间相比较均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:前列腺增生症电切术中使用血小板凝胶,能减少术后出血,促进创面愈合,降低术后感染,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the clinical effect of platelet gel in transurethral resection of prostate surgery. Method：From January 2011 to December 2012,125 patients with BPH were randomly divided into two groups,and took the transurethral resection of prostate. For the treatment group of 25 cases,platelet gel was poured into pros- tate fossa at the end of operation,and for the control group of 100 cases,only electric coagulation hemostasis. Re- suit：In the treatment group,there were no blood transfusion,no bladder spasm and urethral stricture,and 1 case of urinary tract. In the control group, there were＇4 cases with severe hemorrhage, 9 cases urethral stricture, and 14 ca- ses urinary tract. The continuous bleeding time after operation, rinse turned clear time, postoperative infection rate, extuhation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly different compared to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using platelet gel in prostate hyperplasia transurethral resection could reduce postoperative bleeding, promote wound healing, reduce postoperative infection, shorten hospitalization time, and be worthy of clinical application.
