摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道炎五联检试剂盒对白带常规检测的临床意义。方法:收集429例门诊白带常规样本应用阴道炎五联检试剂盒进行测试,同时对所有样本使用显微镜镜检作为比对。结果:五联检试剂盒在判断细菌性阴道炎结果上,与镜检比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在乳酸杆菌、白细胞、念珠菌以及滴虫判断方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴道炎五联检试剂盒能够作为白带常规检查的一种辅助的诊断技术,能够与显微镜检测方法进行联合检测,够帮助临床更快速、更准确对妇科疾病的诊断。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of vaginitis five combination detection kit for leu- corrhea routine test. Method：429 cases of leucorrhea routine samples were collected and detected by the vaginitis five combination detection kit and microscope as a comparison. Result：The results of the routine inspection method and the kit examination on detecting the bactei＇ial vagino had significant difference（P〈0.05）. The differences in lactic acid bacteria, white blood cells, candida, and triehomoniasis judgment were not statistically significant（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion：Vaginitis five combination detection kit could be used as an auxiliary diagnostic techniques for leucorrhea routine test,and could combined used with microscopy detection methods, which would help clinicians
