品管圈活动在提高中药饮片质量控制中的应用

摘　　要：目的:运用品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)管理方法,探讨其在提高中药饮片质量控制中的应用效果。方法:成立中药房品管圈,对中药不合格饮片的发生情况进行分析,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施,对实施前后的情况进行对比。结果:通过品管圈活动,中药饮片的不合格例次由每月33品次下降至每月19品次,进步率达到了42.42%。结论:品管圈活动为提高中药饮片质量控制提供了很好的方法,取得了较好的效果,形成了标准化文件,值得在药品管理中进一步推广应用。Objective：To discuss the effective of Quality Control Circle （QCC） method when used in improving the quality control of herbal. Methods：Establish the QCC of TCM Pharmacy to analysis the happening of unqualiifed TCM and formulate and implement the rectiifcation measure, then comparing the situation before and after implementation. Results： By the QCC activity, unqualiifed cases of herbal drop from 33 times per month to 19 times per month, and the improve rate reaches 42.42%. Conclusion：QCC activity provides an excellent method in improving the quality control of herbal, it achieved desired results, and form a series of standardized documents, the QCC method is worth popularizing in medicine control.
