小针刀结合关节松动术治疗创伤性肩关节功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察小针刀结合关节松动术治疗创伤性肩关节功能障碍的治疗效果。方法选择2010年10月-2012年11月来本院治疗创伤性肩关节功能障碍的患者145例，随机将145例分成两组，即治疗组73例，对照组72例，对照组患者采用关节松动术治疗，治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合小针刀治疗，两组同时配合以医疗体操。采用VAS、ROM、HSS等评分表对其治疗效果进行打分，观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的改善率明显优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用小针刀联合关节松动术治疗创伤性肩关节功能障碍效果明显，能有效地提升恢复率，提高患者的生活质量，具有较高的临床价值。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupotomy therapy combined with joint mobilization on traumatic shoulder joint dysfunction. Methods Choose 145 cases of patients with traumatic shoulder joint dysfunction treated in our hospital from October 2010 to November 2011, 145 patients were randomly divided into two groups：a treatment group（73 cases）and a control group（72 cases）. The control group were treated by joint mobilization, the treatment group were treated by joint mobilization combined with acupotomy therapy. Both of two groups complement medical gymnastics. To assess the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups with VAS, ROM, HSS rating scale. Results The improvement rate in the treatment group was better than in the control group, significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupotomy therapy combined with joint mobilization have obvious therapeutic effect on traumatic shoulder dysfunction significantly, can effectively improve the recovery rate, Improve the patient’s quality of life, have a high clinical value.
