摘　　要：主要分析了某厂步进梁式加热炉在烘炉过程中,炉墙发生局部崩裂的原因,提出了烘炉的改进意见,并提出了采用可塑料替代浇注料进行修补的方案,得到了良好的综合使用效果。This paper mainly analyzed the reasons of partial cracking of the furnace wall during baking of walking beam furnace , put forward suggestions for improvement baking to avoid similar incidents , proposed the using plastic instead of castable to repair plan , and got a good overall use of effects .
