摘 要:为探寻某复合增程弹弹体断裂原因并给出相应的解决措施,对弹体残骸和发射火炮进行了详细检测,建立了弹丸在正常受力和非正常受力情况下弹体所承受剪切应力的计算方法,并作了相应计算,从而确定了弹体发生断裂的原因。与此同时,提出了相应的改进措施,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,弹体发生断裂是弹体结构本身以及火炮环境等多方面因素作用的结果,通过优化弹丸结构可以实现满足发射强度要求。研究结果可为相类似弹丸的设计提供参考。In order to seek the cause diagnosis and countermeasure of fracture about a certain compound extended range projectile body ,the projectile body debris and launching artillery are detected in detail. The calculation method of shear stress of projectile body under the normal and abnormal condition is established. By the way, the shear stress of projectile body sealing groove is calculated, so the reasons of projectile body fracture are determined. Meanwhile ,the improvement measures are put forward and the experimental verification is carried out. The research revealed that the projectile body fracture caused by multiple factors,such as the projectile body structure and the artillery environment etc,and the launching strength can be satisfied by optimizing the structure of projectile. The result can be a reference of the design of the similar projectiles.
