摘　　要：近年来，灾害对应急救援人员的影响越来越受到关注。如何减轻灾害救援人员遭受的身体和心理创伤，成为一项应急救援培训和灾害康复的重要课题。本文从灾害救援过程中，应急救援人员的知识需求、信息需求和心理需求入手，阐述了针对卫生应急救援人员的风险沟通内容和方法，以期为卫生应急管理工作提供实践依据。In the recent years the negative impact on emergency rescue personnel in their disaster relief mission received increasing attention. How to relieve their physical and mental damage has become one of the important subjects of emergency rescue and disaster relief training. Understanding their demand on medical knowledge, related information and psychology, this essay explored the methods on risk communication and the solution. It aims to provide practical reference for enhancing the quality of management for emergency rescue practice.
