摘 要:脂质体作为一种新的药物载体,可以提高药效,抑制或消除副作用。采用传统方法制备脂质体的过程中必须使用有毒有机溶剂,这会对环境及人体造成一定的危害。超临界流体技术具有无毒、环保、价廉、可工业化生产等优点。综述了目前超临界流体技术制备脂质体的研究现状,并进一步指出了超临界流体技术在脂质体制备中存在的问题和未来的研究方向。As a new drug carrier, liposome can improve drug's pesticide effect and suppress or eliminate the side effects. Many conventional liposomal preparation methods are developed, but they all fail to avoid toxic solvent during the preparation process and that is harmful to the environment and human body. Supercritical fluid technology (SCF) has been utilized in liposomal preparation because it is nontoxic, friendliness to the environment, cheap and it is possi- ble m achieve industrial-scale production under the conditions of current good manufacturing practice (cGMP). The research status of preparing liposome by SCF are reviewed. Current existing problem and future developing trends in this area are also discussed.
